Specific Skills

Naturally passionate about cold plunges and saunas.
A knack for rhythm and inherent love for performing in front of others.
Creativity - don't worry, we will teach you how to wave with the towel in the sauna!
Flexibility for at least 8 shifts monthly, including 2 weekends, and available for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Love for community, top-notch communication skills, and a heart of gold.
Always up for learning and team collaboration.
Willingness to receive safety certification and follow protocols.

Responsible For

Lead sauna ceremonies, blending music, aromatherapy, rhythm, and towel movements for the ultimate experience.
Guide members, guests, and first timers through various MINDZERO sessions, offering support and guidance.
Assist with breathwork techniques, ensuring clients feel comfortable and safe during sessions.
Be there for clients facing tough moments, especially in the cold plunge.
Safety first! Ensure everyone's well-being in the studio environment.
Keep the studio spick and span, maintaining its vibe.
